Last Term I read a book called Midnite. It was about a boy called Midnite and he had friends that were animals , one of his friends were a cat called Khat. Midnite went to jail three times and all of those times he maneged to escape. The first time he got into jail he escaped by using his fork to dig a hole out the second time his friend Khat broke the bars of the jails so he got free. The third time is other friend Gyp , the dog hug up a hole and in the floor and he got free. Midnite is a really funny book I really enjoyed the part where he got drunk. Midnite was really nice to his friends because his parents died and his friends were looknig after him and made him become a bushranger.
The book is called Midnite and is written by Randolph Stow. I would really recomend it to lots of people who like funny books. My best part of the book was when Mrs Welbourn asked Midnite out on a date and that was really cute and funny. The book was also funny because my dog is also really clever and she is also really funny , just like the dog that was in the book. There was five animals that were Midnite's only friends. Gyp the dog Major the bird Khat the cat Red Ned the horse and Dora the cow. They help Midnite through the long journey of his life.

I really enjoy reading books that are funny and sometimes even sad books. I dont really like science fiction books because it is usually based on fact and I like to read funny books. I also liked to read adventure books because it is alot of fun to read and I like having lots of things going on in the book. Your most disliked character in a book and why. I liked all of the books that I have read , but the one that I disliked the most was a boy named Trooper O'Grady. Trooper O'Grady was a mean and selfish character that put everyone into jail. He put a small boy called Midnite in jail for no reason three times. But two of the times he deserved it. Trooper was an old mad that was cranky all of the time and gambles alot. He made a bet with Midnite that he would never drink bear again because the last time he got really drunk and crazy.
Trooper is from a book called Midnite I really enjoyed the book but some of the characters were mean , grump and horrible. But the book was hilarious and full of adventures. It made me laugh alot but sometimes it made me wonder if Midnite really deserved to get into jail because he was only a small inocent boy that never does anything wrong.
I agree Gavi. Trooper O'Grady is definitely not to be trusted. Midnite just wants a friend and this guy not only keeps robbing him but keeps putting him in jail as well! Mrs G
What has been your most favourite Justin D'Ath extreme adventure book and why
My favourite Justin D'Ath extreme adventure book would have to be shark bait because it has so much adventure in it and also because when ever The main character Sam says something I can alsways relate. I am in the middle of reading Scorpian sting and I love it but Shark Bait is still my favourite!
My favourite part in shark bait is probally when the shark comes and Sam is so scared but in the end the shark actually didnt attack him but I had alot of fun reading it, and that was just one of my favourite parts there was lots

My favourite extreme adventure book is calle shark bait. I really loved shark bait because it is really exciting and I just couldnt stop reading it. That was one of my favourite books that I have read because it was a little bit scary but at the same time it was really funh to read. I love reading the extreme adventure books because all of them are really funny. Shark bait was about a boy called Sam and he is on holiday and he meets someone called Michi. Michi is greman and he doesnt know any english. Both Sam and Michi have seen the movie Nemo and they use nemo language to relate to eachother. Michi noticed a shark and he called out bruce so that Sam could also know that a shark was coming there way.
The book is called Shark Bait but they dont reallt get attacked by a shark. They use Michi's paddle boat to float on so that the shark doesnt touch them. Sam and Michi float on the paddle boat all night they are both starving and thirsty finally Sam finds an island and paddles as fast as he could by hismself because Michi was asleep. After that they get attacked by people who kill birds. It is a really good book but the only thing that is bad about it is that I couldnt really keep up with everythinhg that was going on in the book because there was just so much good ideas and information that I had to keep in my mind. It is an amazing book and I really recomend it to anyone who likes adventures and if you have a good humour.
I think that the book that you read sounds like a great book. I read crocerdile attack and it was an amazing book. It was proberlly one of my favourate books. It all starts when this boy called Sam walks into his aunties shop and finds that right next to Sams auntie was her little cousin Nissa staring at this man dressed in only black was holding a shot gun against Nissas head. He heard a siren kiddnapped Nissa and Sam and drove of. He drove into the river and got lost. When it got lighter Nissa woke Sam up and saw that the kiddnapper was uncontios. They took the gun and started to climb out of the cab onto the tree near by. After they floated to shore and found many baby crocerdiles. Soon they where stuck on the top of the tree being chased by a crocerdile.
The next thing that happend was gulp a huge crocerdile stuck them in his mouth and swam them to shore of there home. Talia Greek
Wow that is really scary and interesting. Have you noticed that Sam is the main charicor in all of the books and he is just with different people all the time. I think that these books are all really good and that they all make you not wantr to put down your book. If you look on the last page of the books there are lots of comments about the book and the person's name. It is good because it gives you a good idea of what other people think about the book and how old they are to see what kind of age people read those books. I love the extreme adveture books and i would recomend them to everybody who likes books that you cant put down and that are very exiting and dangerous. Talia B.M

I did a trailor of the Extreme Adventure series becasue it was a great book for me because I love adventurous books that it makes you fell like you are there in the book experiencing it all! My favourite book out of the series I think would be shark bait becasue I felt like I was there so when Sam got stuck in the birds cage i felt bad. Justin Dath should keep writing the series I think becasue it is a great book series.

I really loved when you reach me because it has so much to it and so many mystries in it. The characters that the author has chosen were really clever and linked to the book alot. I think that Miranda was in a tough situation and at the end she solved it , with the help of her friends. Miranda and Sal (her best friend) have been friends for twelve long happy years then suddenly while they were walking homw from school Sal decided not to be friends again. Miranda was dicappointed and they were both lonely for a while. Marcus. He was an amaizng guy who was really smart and understood everthing that people said. But at the end he died. I think he died because he sent a note to Miranda saying that he wou;d save his life and Mranda's friend. He saved Miranda's friend but not his own life. I loved that
